A collaboration across Latin America and the Caribbean has led to publication of the first guide on accessibility for science centres within the region. The guide shares practices for supporting people with physical, visual, and hearing needs to access science exhibitions. Advice was drawn from the experiences of 110 scientific and cultural centres across ten different countries and includes case studies from museums, interactive science centres, natural history museums, planetariums, zoos and aquariums. To access the guide in Spanish or Portuguese please visit this link where you will also find audio-files and Powerpoint presentations.
