This is a clear and accessible introduction to evaluation of social media linked to community radio initiatives but with wider application. Part of a community radio toolkit, this introduction signposts and explains some analytic tools embedded in common social media platforms (such as on Facebook and Twitter) with some short videos to explain their use. It also highlights some additional social media management and analysis tools and services. This was developed by a UK based community radio network, but has wider relevance.
