The ROOTS Network at the Health Systems Collaborative at the University of Oxford are hosting a series of four webinars, each of one hour. These webinars are led by colleagues from diverse settings, focusing on moral distress among frontline staff: understanding the experience, and interventions and support processes.
Webinar 1, in 2025, was entitled Moral distress: Concepts and Realities, focused on frontline workers in public healthcare systems in low- and middle-income countries. More on this can be found in the YouTube link ROOTs Webinar. Three more will be held this year.

Both speakers will take the discussion further by focusing on practical approaches to support frontline staff. They will explore how ethics, reflection, and emotion management support can help minimise moral distress in challenging environments.
