A research group from UCL worked in partnership with Media for Development to run a public engagement project in Nepal that used film to engage communities about the health implications of child marriage.
Introduction to the film
They interviewed adults who were married as children, and made a film of them discussing the causes and consequences of their marriage. The film was then screened to the community followed by discussions on child marriage.
